Cookie Policy
Understanding how we use tracking technologies on our website.
1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies and local storage can remember choices or recognise a browser. We use essential storage for your preferences and optional services only when you select them. Analytical data can include identifiers and is not necessarily anonymous.
2. Your choices
Choose Necessary only, Accept all, or Choose settings in the banner. Analytics and advertising measurement are separate from live review embeds. Optional categories start switched off. Use here or in the footer to change or withdraw your choice.
Your choices are recorded in local storage as simply_cookie_preferences and the compatibility value simply_cookie_consent. We ask again after 180 days for optional permissions. An earlier refusal remains a refusal. If storage is unavailable, your choice may only last for this page visit.
3. Analytics and advertising measurement
If you allow this category, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager can load to measure site visits and advertising activity. Google cookies can include _ga, _gid and _gcl_ identifiers, depending on the tags in use. Their lifetimes depend on Google's settings and your browser.
Advertising click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and campaign details (utm_campaign) may be kept in sm_attribution_v2 for up to 30 days and included with an enquiry to measure where it came from. Without this permission, we do not store or attach these optional values.
4. Live reviews and other services
The live Google reviews widget is supplied by Elfsight. It loads when you allow Live client reviews or select Load live reviews. Elfsight can use the short-lived elfsight_viewed_recently cookie to avoid counting repeated widget views. Its service and security providers may also receive your IP address and technical browser information. This permission does not enable our advertising measurement.
The appointment calendar connects to our booking service when you use the booking page. Enquiry forms use Web3Forms or FormSubmit to deliver the details you choose to send. These services may use necessary security or anti-abuse measures. Normal external links, such as Facebook or LinkedIn links, open another provider's website.
5. Changing or withdrawing permission
Use Cookie settings, switch off the optional category and save. We clear the optional attribution stored by this site and accessible first-party Google tracking cookies. The page may reload to stop code that has already loaded. This cannot undo data already sent or remove another domain's cookies; use your browser's settings to clear those.
Deleting cookies alone may not delete local storage. Use our settings or clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser. Enquiry forms and calculators do not require analytics or live review permission.
6. Hosting and technical delivery
Our hosting provider processes connection and security information to serve the site. Its configuration may also inject separate website metrics using _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit or _scc_session. Those hosting-level metrics are not controlled by this site's preference script and must be disabled or consent-managed in the hosting account. Please contact us if you see unexpected tracking.
